About Savely

Savely is a small, independent tool for saving public videos, reels and stories from Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

Why it exists

Most download sites bury the button under ads, pop-ups and fake download buttons. Savely does one thing: you paste a link, you get the file. No account, no app, no tricks.

How it works

When you paste a link, our server asks the platform for the post the way a browser would, finds the video, photo or audio files in it, and gives you direct download links. Files stream from the platform to your device; we never store them.

Link details are cached for about 30 minutes so a second click is instant. We rely on well-known open-source software to read the platforms and keep it updated as they change.

What we don't do

We don't ask for your social media password and we never post anything on your behalf. Visits are counted with Google Analytics; nothing else tracks you. Private posts stay private: we can only see what the public can see.

Languages

The site is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Arabic and Hindi. If you spot a translation that could be better, we would love to hear about it.
