How to download Instagram videos on iPhone
In the Instagram app, tap the paper-plane icon under the post and choose Copy link. Open Safari, paste the link here and tap a download button. The video is saved to Files → Downloads; open it, tap Share and choose Save Video to add it to Photos.
How to download Instagram videos on Android
Copy the post link in the app, paste it here in Chrome and tap download. The MP4 goes to your Downloads folder and shows up in your gallery.
How to download Instagram videos on PC
Open the post on instagram.com, copy the address from the browser bar (it looks like instagram.com/p/…) and paste it here. You don't need to be logged in to Instagram for public posts.
Posts, reels and stories

When a post won't download
Posts from private accounts, age-restricted posts and deleted posts can't be fetched, and neither can old IGTV videos that Instagram has since removed. If the account is public and the post still plays, try again in a minute: Instagram sometimes limits requests for a short while.
