How to convert TikTok to MP3
There is no real conversion involved: TikTok already stores the sound of each video as its own file. Copy the video link, paste it here and tap Audio. You get that MP3 directly, in the quality TikTok keeps it.
How to download TikTok audio on iPhone
Download the MP3 in Safari and it goes to Files → Downloads, where it plays right away. To use it in GarageBand or iMovie, open the file from there. Setting it as a ringtone on iPhone takes a detour through GarageBand.

On Android the MP3 lands in your Downloads folder and shows up in music apps; most phones let you pick it as a ringtone in Settings → Sound. On a computer it plays in any media player or editor.
